Standard spring pond care list

Pumps:
We inspect your pump and clean, check for any wear or tear and replace parts if needed.

Filters:
We inspect and clean your filter, replace items as needed (filter pads, tubing etc). It is time to check UV bulbs and replace them if required.

Plants
We remove dead plant matter and cut back those plants that have grown too large.

Fish
We inpsect your fish , check for diseases or parasites and remove excess fish that will upset the eco-system of the pond.

Water testing
It is a good time to test for Ammonia which is colourless and odourless but highly toxic to fish

The pond
As the water heats up, the debris begins to decompose, fouls your water and creates an unhealthy environment. We remove leaves and other debris from your pond
